I cannot find my rewards/points code inside of my package. -

Please ensure that the product you purchased is participating in the Kellogg's Family Rewards™ program. To see a list of participating products, click here. All products participating in this program will have the logo below somewhere on the box.

If you are certain that your product should have a code and it does not appear to have one, we ask that you please call our Consumer Affairs team at 1-800-962-1413 so we can better assist you. Our toll-free line is open between the hours of 8 am to 7 pm Eastern Time, Monday through Thursday and 8 am to 5 pm Eastern Time, Friday.

When calling, please have the following pieces of information available: 1) UPC bar-code from the package, 2) Better if used by date from the package, and 3) the promotion featured on the package in question.

This is my second box of protein water mix that has no code inside, even though it has the family rewards stamp on the package and says to find the code inside. I've torn the entire box apart and nothing can be found.

Thank you, Steve! I want to buy more boxes of K2O. Will I continue to receive points for them? Also, I received an e-mail saying I would get 100 bonus points for entering a code before 6/30/2013, but the bonus points are not shown on my points activity. Thank you.

Hi Shoua, please check your account for the Bonus adjustment. Regarding future purchases, if the KFR logo is on the outside of the box, you should find a corresponding code inside!
