We’re sorry you are having difficulty entering your Kellogg's Family Rewards codes into the program website.

To help diagnose the problem you experienced while entering your codes, please Email Us via our Contact Us page.

In your email please include:

- Program Name (Example: Kellogg's Family Rewards)
- Promotion code(s) you are trying to enter (Ex: ABCD - ABCD - ABCD - ABCD)
- UPC Proof of Purchase code on product package (Ex: 38000 00001)
- ‘Better If Used Before' date on product package (Ex: Jan 01 2014 ABC 123)

Once we receive your emailed information we will be able to research your experience and take action to credit the points to your account.

I have entered numerous codes and they all come up "duplicates". I then check my points, and none are on the list. Therefore, I am losing out on these points. I have cut out these codes, but don't have upc code nor date on box. I have recycled the boxes, as I always do. They are all within the last few months. What can I do to retrieve these points?

If the codes are illegible, which a lot of them are, how are we supposed to send you an email with a list of the promotion codes??? I have several that no one, I have asked to help me, can read. I have tried magnifiers and others from age 7 to 35 so it is not my eyes lol. The dot matrix on these codes and even the ones I have managed to figure out and enter is HORRIBLE!!!. Also, the codes need to be on the flap and printed much darker. I am mailing you 2 codes with upc's and other info so you can SEE what we as your consumers are facing.

I have been trying to "find and enter codes from Kelloggs special K and Mini-Frosted Wheats. 1st it's near impossible to find the 16 digit codes. The one I think I found was glued down and ripped apart when I opened boxed. Can this get anymore difficult for the customer. Please advised where and how to make this work.

All the codes I enter say they are invalid!! They are NOT invalid! I didnt save the ENTIRE box with the UPC code and the expiration date!! I cut out the codes and then got online to enter them (when I finally had the time!!) and they are not good!?
How can customers be expected to participate in a program that causes so much frustration and problems? I am not the only one dealing with this problem because Iv seen a lot of complaints!! Im very disappointed!!

Purchased a box of chocolate mini bites with the intent of entering the code.
Could not read the code at all, very faint even with a magnifying glass.
The best I could come up with was P119 FYGW FRUT KTNP and that was incorrect.
This is very frustrating to me.

When I enter my 16 character rewards code that is found inside the [cereal] box, this site is saying it in not valid. I have typed it in 5 times correctly and it still is not accepting my code. I know what I am typing is correct, because I can easily read the printed characters. This is very frustrating.

I entered the two codes 3 times each. Each time
your website said they were not the right code. The codes are really small and I entered them the best I could. I am so so frustrated with your system.
I purchase Special K chocolatey delight code:r7f3-znjt-ktr1-trk4

I have a code from Frosted Mini Wheats that is not working. I was able to successfully enter in other numbers bit this one is not working. I have tried it several times and several number vs letter possibilities. Please help.

I am having the same problems with the "invalid code" thing. Very frustrating. Very.
I have 10 different codes and not 1 of them worked. I am sure that I entered them correctly. They are off Cheez-Its, and Pop Tarts. I have the codes but nothing else, as I recycle the boxes. Very annoying.

The last two boxes of Kelloggs brand cereal that I have purchased and entered the codes, the codes were invalid and I know I am putting the numbers in correctly. If I use 'O' and the number comes up invalid is will switch to '0' and it still comes up invalid. It's hard to distinguish between the letter O and the number 0, but I will switch them out and the number is still invalid and all the other numbers and letters are correct.

Hi I have purchased sunshine cheez-it scrabble junior crackers and two boxes of keebler multi-grain crackers they all have the kelloggs family rewards symbol on the box, but none of them have any rewards codes inside.

Ami- I'm sorry, I have credited your account. Hopefully all packages purchased in the future contain the code, please note you should find all product codes on the inside, with the exception of the Keebler cookies.

I'm feeling frustrated right now. I feel like the codes are readable on the crackers that I just bought, and I keep putting them in and having different family members read them to me to double check, I tried using similar letters/numbers to see if I messed something up and I just keep getting the invalid message even though I know that they are not invalid. I've never had this problem before. But I wanted to enter these while the double promotion is going on so I'm pretty bummed that it's not working.

Here is my e-mail that I tried to send about this same problem. I say that I tried to send because I tried to follow all of the steps above 6 times and each time it stated "e-mail system failure" so now not only can I not log in my codes but I can't send an e-mail to try to correct the problem. Way to go Kelloggs for making an unsatisfied customer!

I have 3 codes all from Kelloggs Special K Cracker Chips Sour Cream & Onion and none of the codes will go through. The codes are y9j6lh78hcpwr4nr, lcfr146w8cwknc19, 9cfr4thcktkyc1k. I have tried replacing the 6 for 5, the 8 for b and 0; nothing seems to work. I also found it funny that it only happened to the Sour Cream and Onion cracker chips because when I entered the Honey BBQ ones, they entered fine. The UPC codes are all 03800531392 and 2 of the boxes have a sell by date of Sept2213 sc1 01:31 and the other's is Oct0513 sc2 22:17 Thank you for your help in this matter.

I find it frustrating that the codes are not clear. I don't like spending my Sunday morning re-entering codes and getting no where.

The code inside the Kellogg's Special K cracker chips is so small and faint that even with a magnifying glass you cannot make all the letters/numbers out.

I hate this site !!! I think its really hard to navigate when you have a problem . I have entered codes off of 7 specially marked boxes for the free Shape subscription . You are telling me I still need three more !!! I still have the whole boxes I know they are right !! I keep getting blocked when I try to send something telling you about this problem . I see I am not the only one disillusioned with this whole program . I hope this letter makes it through......

Thank you. I followed the process described and hope to receive an email confirming proper points soon. I agree with others that the codes are extremely hard to read, so terribly tiny and buried in the cardboard.

The process of asking a question, researching possible answers, etc is incredibly complicated. The website for Kellogg's Family Rewards is terribly cumbersome and NOT user-friendly! I do not have a great deal of time to use to fight the website just to enter codes and get points. Sheesh. Can't your techies simplify things? Have somebody go check out My Coke Rewards for a comparison!

Well, I bought two boxes of Cheez-it at the same time and one code works and the other doesn't. I also tried switching the zero and oh... along with a couple other things. I gave up after about twenty tries because there was nothing left that was even remotely possible. I offered to mail my code in and let them try to figure out how to make it work. Maybe then someone would see how frustrating it is on this side?
