Where do I enter Kellogg Family Rewards codes? MOBILE & WEBSITE

I would like to enter rewards codes from my cell phone. i have updated my profile with my mobile number but there is no "opt in" box to check. is there another way to sign up my number?

Julie- I'm glad to hear you're participating in our Kellogg Family Rewards program. It sounds like you have signed up for our mobile entry on our KFR website (this link is found at the top of the screen upon initial log in). Once you enter your cell phone number you should receive a text, which you confirm. After that, you text codes to 89332 (KELLOGGS) and will subsequently receive a confirmation text for each code entered. You may also find instructions on our KFR website within our FAQ section, https://www.kelloggsfamilyrewards.com.... If this does not resolve your issue, please call us at 1-800-962-1413 between the hours of 8 am to 7 pm Eastern Time, Monday through Thursday and 8 am to 5 pm Eastern Time, Friday.

Hi, I did opt in, received a text to confirm and even got a code to enter to get 20 extra bonus points (howitworks20pnts) and I get the error code: A system error has occured, please try again later. How do I get it to work? Thanks.

Hi Deborah. Based on your account, I'm seeing that you entered the code (HOWITWORKS20PNTS) on 1/20/13. That is the reason that you are seeing that error message when you try to enter that via text.

Where on your home page do we click to enter codes off the product we have purchased to get points? Your website is not user friendly

Janet- log into kelloggfamilyrewards.com and enter your codes at the top of the screen, as shown above.

Are kelloggs family codes still able to be entered? I also have some coupons that have kelloggs.comfrom cinnabon cinnamon cereal n the upc; where do i enter these? thank you

I recently switched mobile numbers & I changed my mobile number in my profile. However, when I text my Family Rewards codes using my new mobile number, I get back a message that says I am not signed up. What am I doing wrong?

My question was never successfully answered: I have already changed my mobile number in my profile & still get an error. As I stated in my original post: I recently switched mobile numbers & I changed my mobile number in my profile. However, when I text my Family Rewards codes using my new mobile number, I get back a message that says I am not signed up. What am I doing wrong?

Ok the codes are not working. I have entered the codes both on an updated Ipad and my computer. the box is so small and the codes are hard to read.how can i enter the codes I buy a lot of Special zk products as both my self and daughter love the snacks for our diet.
