I have a sensitivity to soy in all its forms. Do you make a cereal with no soy?

Donald, you’ve come to the right place. Below is a list of Kellogg’s cereals currently formulated without soybean as an ingredient.

To ensure your next purchase of Kellogg’s cereal meets your dietary requirements, be sure to review the allergen box on each package you plan to purchase. We include the allergen box near the ingredient panel clearly stating any of the top 8 allergens contained inside each package. [The US FDA defines the Top 8 Allergens to be: peanuts, tree nuts, egg, (cow's) milk, wheat, soybean, fish, and shellfish]. We also include a "may contain" label if the product is produced on a line that shares equipment with another product that contains peanuts or tree nuts.

Kellogg's Special K varieties (Original, Red Berries, Blueberry, Cinnamon Pecan, Vanilla Almond)

Kellogg's Frosted Mini-Wheats varieties (Bite Size Original, Blueberry Muffin, Cinnamon Streusel, Maple & Brown Sugar, Strawberry Delight, Big Bite and Unfrosted)

Kellogg's Raisin Bran and Kellogg's Raisin Bran Crunch cereals

Kellogg's All-Bran varieties including Original, Complete Wheat Flakes, Bran Buds

Kellogg's Low Fat Granola With Raisins and Kellogg's Low Fat Granola without Raisins

Kellogg's Mueslix with Raisins, Dates, & Almonds cereal

Kellogg's Rice Krispies cereal (Original and Gluten Free)

Kellogg's Rice Krispies Treats cereal
Kellogg's Cocoa Krispies cereal

Kellogg's Cinnabon cereal

I love the Morning Star Farms products and have used them for years. My question is whether or not these products are created from soy and other crops grown from GMO's. It is very important for me to avoid foods that are and so I am hopeful that the answer is No to the GMO's so that I can continue to eat your delicious food. Thank you so much, Paulette Lawrence

Paulette- thank you for letting us know how much you enjoy our Morningstar Farms foods! We currently have one product made with organically grown soy, which is our MorningStar Farms® Breakfast Patties made with Organic Soy.
Unfortunately, it has become increasingly difficult to maintain sourcing of non-biotech soy protein because currently 92% of soybeans grown in the U.S. are genetically modified. When we began using soy protein for Morningstar Farm products, only 15% of soybeans in the U.S. were genetically modified. We recognize some consumers may prefer foods without biotechnology, and therefore we'll continue to search for recipes and suppliers that allow for a broader consumer appeal.
