My dad and I were talking about some cookies that were made by Keebler in the 1980's that he really liked. He said they were round light chocolate sandwich cookies with fudge in the middle. He said he hasn't been able to find them in years and they are not E.L. Fudge. Do you know what they're called and if they're still made?

Hi Nickole - thanks for the post. I believe the cookie your dad is referencing is our Sunshine Hydrox cookie. I am sorry to report this product has been discontinued.

I would suggest you and your dad might enjoy our Famous Amos Sandwich Cookies. Please note these cookies are not the same recipe as the Hydrox but they are yummy.

Famous Amos cookies are not EVEN close to Hydrox. Maybe you should consider selling the recipe to the company that purchased Hostess.
