$5 reward check

My boxes of cereal say that if I enter 3 family rewards codes that I will get a $5 check mailed to me. I see no option to get this check sent to me. Also, my computer will not print any coupons. I can't even view them. Do you have an option to mail to me? If not, any suggestions?

Hello, Diana! I'd be more than happy to help you with this. The "Healthy Starts" promotion requires that you collect three (3) qualifying rewards codes. I took a look into your account, and you currently have one (1) qualifying code entered. The other two codes you will collect may be entered in the link below:

Once you have earned the $5 reward by entering in the three codes, you will be prompted to redeem and complete the order for the check to be processed. You will also receive a confirmation email, reminding you that you are eligible for the reward.

Lastly, it seems you've been experiencing technical difficulties with printing coupons. Most of the time, this error is caused by a compatibility issue. Below is a link to a page with many great ways for troubleshooting this issue. Look for "Printing Tips" about half way down the page.

Hi, I am having the same problem as the above writer, but only with the $5 reward portion. I do not see the prompt to complete my order and receive my $5 reward check. Can you please assist? Thanks.

Thank you for your posts, Meghan and Susan. To check if your order needs to be completed, please look under your Order Status and History. Once you are logged into your account, scroll to the bottom of the page and under 'My Info' you will see 'Order Status'. By clicking on that you will see a list of everything you have redeemed for. On this this you will see the $5 Healthy Starts check. Next to the order it will show 'In Progress' or 'Complete My Order'. If It shows 'In Progress' your order was completed. If 'Complete My Order' shows up, please click on that and verify your address. It will then take 4-6 weeks for delivery. If you need further assistance, please let us know.

Only codes from specially marked packages will count towards this promotion. Please look for the Healthy Starts logo on the box to confirm that the code is for the $5 reward. I have provided a picture below to show what to look for on packages. To see if any of your codes have already counted towards this, please review your Points Activity. so, all the money, I just spent to help my sister's family and I do not qualify for the $5.00?? It was not clear, what to look for on the package. I bought ones that had rewards points, thinking that was what I needed. Now that they have been opened to see the codes, I cannot return.
