I have a lot of problems entering rewards codes, some go in fine but many do not. The instructions tell me to double check the characters, but I am 100% sure I am entering them correctly. Also I have gotten several packages where the printer was poor and the code is unreadable. It's quite frustrating
I finally today decided to look for help with this matter and found MANY posts in the help section from other consumers with same problems - codes that don't enter or can't be read because of printing issues on the box.
Then I went to fill out the form for email feedback to the company, spend my time filling out the description of my problem and all the required info (name, address, etc), then I get an error saying “EmailService failed to respond”.
It's quite disappointing that a big company like Kelloggs not only runs such a poor system for it's promotional programs but not does reply to the consumer base when it's providing feedback on the poor quality of the printers & the website. And can't be reached via email. I would appreciate an official response to this post (I see Kelloggs is in fact reading them and only replies to the ones that tells it they are doing a great job) and also expect Kelloggs to post some instructions for consumers with issues to get their points on it's website. If I do not see an adequate response within few days, I will switch to new brands of products.
